USPS Mail Delays

The US Postal Service continues to experience delays, which is affecting the delivery of member statements and other correspondence.

As a reminder, we wanted to share some options which may help you avoid mail delays now and into the future. 

Loan and deposit statements can be viewed via E-teller, our online banking option. To sign up for E-teller, please click here.

Online banking allows you the convenience to view your monthly statements as well as transfers, loan payments, Bill Pay, E-alerts and more. 

Enrolling in our E-Teller online banking service also allows you the convenience of using our MobileCU App, which is available in the App Store and Google Play.

If you are expecting receipt of a debit or credit card, please contact Member Service and we can assist you with getting a new card.
