Unable to Make Transfers:

If you are using our mobile app on your phone, you should be able to make transfers, however if you are going to our website on your phone and logging into Eteller, you will not be able to make transfers between accounts. Please down load our app (App Store or Google Play) for full functionality.

Search Olean Area FCU in the App Store, then Open and Download our App!

Log In Issues:

Some Android device users (as listed below) may experience log in errors when attempting to open our mobile app, due to the incompatibility of a manufacturer’s update. We are continuing to work with our vendor to resolve this issue in a timely manner.

  • Google Pixel 3
  • Google Pixel 3 XL

If your device is on this list, you can access your account by logging into Eteller via our website from a computer vs. your phone.
